Abstract:
As all Petroleum Explorationists are aware that there is a strong need to improve the communication and team work between Geologists and Geophysicists, thereby increasing exploration effectiveness, The Geological and Geophysical aspects of Petroleum exploration are sufficiently complex. The simpler hydrocarbon pools are already under production, the basic requirement today is to delineate subtle and more complicated traps. For achieving this, it is essential to have determined quality oriented approach in data acquisition in-corporating better communication links and computer oriented processes for data interpretation...........
