study theSun.SolarUltravioletImagingTelescope(SUIT),isanimaginginstru-
mentonboardAdityaL1whichwillobservetheSuninthe200-400nmbandwidth.
As partofSUIT'son-boardintelligence,ittracksaRegionOfInterest(ROI)up-
loaded bytheuser.TheinstrumentstartstrackingtheROIatthestipulatedtime
for aprede nedduration,bothuploadedbytheuser.Whenasolar
areoccurs,
SUIT localisesthelocationofthe
areandtracksitoveraperiodoftime.
This workproposesalgorithmstoimplementROIand
aretracking,whichcanbe
later implementedonanFieldProgrammableGateArray(FPGA)withpermissible
error margins
