dc.description.abstract |
Energy has been the central building piece of each phase of human improvement.Various
sources of energy has been explored since ages. In recent centuries huge steps have
been taken in the form of exploitation of conventional energy sources as most of the
nonrenewable energy sources are at the edge of elimination. Search of renewable energy
sources is needed for the sustainable development. On earth main energy source is
Sunlight which has been used as generation of power from many years. Biggest challenge
comes in the form of cost of per unit power utilization, since huge cost is needed in
fabrication of photo voltaic cells based on semiconductors. In most recent couple of
decades there has been an extraordinary research going ahead to create sun powered cells
that can give practically identical execution and more open cost. Today an enormous
piece of research society is chipping away at inorganic and organic based sun powered
cells that can be made with method based on solution technique. There has been a
blast being developed of solar cell based on hybrid perovskite. There are the materials
having structure as structure of calcium titranate which having a inorganic cation and
inorganic cation. These materials have properties, for example, great optical absorption
band gap like that of semiconductors. A high development in e ciency have been shown
in Perovskite based solar cell. In very recent years it reaches from 3% to 22%. Stability
of these kind of solar call is a big challenge since degradation of perovskite materials
happen in high temperature, humidity and insolation quickly. These are the greatest
hindrance in the way of solar cell based on perovskite materials. Large number of groups
around the world are working to observe the explanation behind this disintegration. One
of the approaches to get the kinetics of device when the degradation process happen
and henceforth looking through the di erent electrical parameters of the device which
changes as the degradation of solar cell happen |
