dc.description.abstract Sources of majority of world's energy are coal, petrochemical sources, natural gases, nuclear energy, and hydroelectricity. These finite sources will be shortly consumed at present rates of consumption. Of all these sources diesel fuels plays an essential role in the developing country's industrial economy and used for the transportation of industrial and agricultural goods and also for operating tractor and pumps in the agricultural sector and many more. Economic growth always go along by increase in transportation. The industrialized world and the domestic with high energy demand are using large scale fossil fuels causing pollution and many environmental challenges, which lead to the need of development of renewable energy sources that are less harmful to environment. This need has recently stimulated interest in the alternative sources for diesel and petroleum based fuels. en_US
