Abstract:
In today's world of globalization, every industry is going to be more and more customers oriented. They are trying to provide better facilities to the customers to increase their customers. Bank are no more exception in it, they are also trying to provide various facilities to the customers. The new era facility, provided by the banks is the Tele-Banking feature.
The Tele-Banking feature is based on Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVRS), being developed to cater to the service through which the bank customers can transact their accounts via Telephone. A Voice response system basically responds to a telephone call automatically guiding the caller through a series of menus and whenever required giving a voice response to his/her queries. IVRS provides information to a customer over telephone based on voice processing applications. These applications prompt a caller to use the telephone for information and use this information to retrieve particular records from the database server.
