dc.description.abstract During the last decade, there has been a considerable increase in the construction of multi-storeyed buildings in India with frames to replace the traditional load bearing wall buildings, for both residential and commercial purposes, Structurally a multistoreyed building consists of frames w t'^ rigid joints.
