This dissertation work titled "Simulation of Microwave Solid-State Power Combiner" undertakes the simulation of a single cavity two Gunn-diode oscillator around 10GHz using PSPICE.The GUNN diodes have been taken in the form of their analogs composed of lumped and active elements. The simulation of the single GUNN diode has also been done. In both the cases, power output, and frequency of operation have been calculated. Using the value of power output in both the cases, the efficiency of the resonant-cavity power combiner has been calculated. The length of the GUNN diode has also been calculated.en_US
