Abstract: Simulation is necessary for the efficient and economical execution of all projects of any size. Here a general purpose discrete event simulation system has been designed considering the requirements of a simulation language. This system basically consist of a block and event oriented simulation language which is very easy to learn and simple to use because components of the language, correspond closely with the ideas used in simulation. This reduces both learning time and minimize project time by releasing user's from repetitive clerical tasks and performing automatically the statistics accumulation task. The general concept mainly consist of the scanning of two event chains is discussed in detail along with the instructions set of the language. Some models are also simulated by this language.
