Introduction In aviation technology radar cross section (RCS) of targets is one of the important aspects for detection and identification of commercial and military aircrafts.Around 1940,a tremendous prolifiration occured in investigations of RCS motivated primarily by the development and use of radar equipment. The results of many of these investigations were not published until after the war,and a specific emphasis on the determination and reduction of RCS of a body can be noted in these books. From the end of world war 2 until present time, the investigations of RCS and RCS reduction of specific. targets continued, to be an area of considerable interest to many researchers in the world. For military applications the interest is in making an objects RCS small_ and .,di 'icuit . to identify. That , is to deny.the enemy of detection and identification of military targets. And hence the necessity not only for determination ' but also controlling it.......en_US
