Ghosts are time delayed attenuated versions of the desired TV signals. With increase in tall buildings the problem is becoming more severe. In this work an attempt is made to investigate the various aspects of ghost problem in television. A ghost cancellation algorithm is devised and then a particular type of the system configured on this algorithm is discussed, which can reduce the ghosts to a very considerable extent. Finally a brief idea is given about analysis and design of switched capacitor circuits using switched capacitor simulated resistor and z-domain equivalent admittance appraoch for various building blocks of the system's different functional modulesen_US
