In this dissertation, the permittivity, permeability of-two absorber sheets have been calculated using the Time Domain Technique. With the obtained values, the absorption offered by the absorber sheets has also been cor;.puted theoretically. Since this study by the Ti :.e FDcriiain Technique, is the first of its kind here, the values ,r A =..~:iittivity permeability and absorption obtained, have been compared with those obtained by the more conventional techniques, that of the waveguide and Free-Space. Finally, the values of absorption theoretically obtained by all the three methods - Time Domain, Waveguide and Free-Space have been compared with the values actually offered by the absorbers..en_US
