Abstract: Scattering from infinite dielectric cylinders of different diameters were ,studied experimentally by image plane method. Rader cross—section at different frequencies obtained experimentally were compared with the computed results using method of noment s. Comparison shows a good agreement between experimental and theoretical results, confirming the moment method to be a versatile tool for such studies.
