Authors: Kumar, Kranti
Keywords: ELECTRONICS AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING;DEMONSTRATION DIGITAL COMPUTER;TELEPRINTER;INPUT DEVICE
Issue Date: 1976
Abstract: The eight -bit demonstration digital computer with HindustanTeleprinter T2B-SN as its input device hss been developed, using integrated Circuits (SSI and MSI) J\11 the four basic arithmetic operations of addition, subtraction, znultiplica-tion end division are performed on eight-bit binary numbers. Instructions and data are entered In their binary coded form separately by two sets of eight toggle switches. Results of calculation and states of other major circuits are displayed øá front panel by miniature low current light bulbs. The developed model, for demonstration purposes, can operate in two different speeds. Programs for converting numbers from natural binary form to binary coded decimal (bed) loran & vice-versa". and adding it series of rupees and pates, have also been given
