Abstract: Many memory elementsha~1tkused in the design of memory from time to time. With the advent of large scale integration and progress in semiconductor technology, semiconductor memory elements are slowly replacing the earlier elements. Design of a system using cellular arrays is a recent development. In the present work, cellular arrays using cut point cells are used for the design of memory systems. Cut point cellular logic is used in the design of a read/write and multiaccess memory3 Associative memory and non-destructive readout multiaccess associative memory. Problems associated with multiaccess memory and with multimatch resolution in case of an associative memory are considered and solutions are suggested. A fruitful result has been obtained to use simultaneously the same memory module both for read/write and. for associative memory
