Abstract: The interaction of Television Signals with the power line transmission towers is quite relevent in every-day life and so a laboratory model study of the same has been done. A model power line transmission tower has been constructed which compares very well with the actual tower-. Scattering characteristics of this model tower has been observed experimentally u -I the laboratory, usij g a S-b and signal generator. The complex power lin transmission tower has been broken up as a combination of a elliptic cylinder and cones. The theoretical scattering characteristics has been compared with experimental results.
