CHARACTERISTICS of CERTAIN SUB-NETWORKS OF A DISTRIBUTED PARAMETER STRUCTURE

Abstract

The dissertation presents the results obtained from the analysis of a few sub-networks of an integrated three-layer four-terminal distributed-parameter micro-structure• One one--port sub-network of the integrated structure is found to behave like a network element having capacitive impedance and one two-port three terminal subnetwork of the integrated structure is found to behave like a null filter- The characteristics, of these subnetworks alongwith the defining parameters, are reported in the dissertation• The nature of the characteristics with the variation of the defining Parameters Is shown with various illustrative curves•
