Abstract:	Injection looking (Transmission and Reflection) of a single diode and dual diode Gunn oscillators have been studied. A computer programme is developed to simulate device circuit interaction in injection looked wave guide Gump oscillator. Good agreement between theoretical and experimental results have been obtained.
