Abstract: | In the present work, it has been tried to automate the operating process of wave soldering machines using programmable controller . (PLC). PID algorithms have been chosen to have the closed loop control of D.C. motor's speed and the temperature of heaters used in the wave soldering machine. For the simulation of .motor's speed control, the control of output frequency of a voltage controlled oscillator is chosen. |
