Abstract: Close-range photogrammetry is a technique for accurately measuring objects directly from photographs or digital images captured with a camera at close range that is generally within 300m. Photogrammetry is one of the generation systems of 3D Models with the stereo -photo grammetric approach Multiple, convergent images taken from different perspectives, using metric cameras, produces measurements that can be used to create accurate 3D models. The geometry of the object is established directly from the images. With the improving hardware and software 3D modeling studies can be done much more easily and fast. Close range photogrammetry software and a metric camera are sufficient for this works. All studies can be completed only using photographs. 3D virtual models have several advantages, some of those being visualization, realistic appearance, ability to measure inaccessible points, safety, and its mobility to be shown anywhere. In this study, to model buildings together with landscape, data acquisition and data processing is expected to be quite different than normal close range photogrammetry applications. In this case, depth of field (DOF) plays a crucial role. For images such as landscapes, a large DOF may be appropriate. Landscape and buildings have a strong co-relationship, so the issue is how to combine both. So, when the 3D virtual model of a site is prepared, it is expected to enable taking measurements from it while being an effective medium to enable visualizing buildings, pathways, roads and landscape in a space seamlessly such that the user can navigate through the site.
