Abstract: The technique of sinusoidal pulse width modulation is an established method of generating P.W.M. signals and the sinusoidal PWM inverter drive offers an enhanced low speed performance, For large carrier ration, the nir►ur:►olduI. I'WM inverter delivers a high-quality output voltage waveform in which the dominant harmonics are of high order, being clustered around the carrier frequency and its harmonics. The sinusoidal PWM technique can be implemented for complete voltage/frequency range of the drive. The present work concerns developing of three phase Inverter with sinusoidal pulse width modulation using power MOSFETs as electrical switches. The control signals for this inverter are generated using hardware circuit. These control signals are properly isolated and amplified and then fed to MOSFETs. Experimental 'set-up is run to work as a single phase bridge inverter and oscilloscopic record of various waveforms of control and power circuit, is presented.
