Abstract: Guidance of missile by ordinary techniques like line of sight control & proportional navigation guidance do not guarantee the optimum results. Performance of missile guided by proportional navigation guidance law depends upon navigation constant chosen. To overcome this problem and to obtain optimum results, fuzzy logic is used along with proportional navigation guidance. In this project, my aim is to develop an intelligent control (fuzzy) that can produce optimum results for highly maneuvering targets. My aim is to reduce miss distance & to increase target interception rate. In this project, guidance of missile is studied and performance of missile is observed for guidance laws proportional navigation guidance, fuzzy proportional navigation guidance, & guidance law using intelligent fuzzy. This work is carried out in Matlab using aerodynamic tool box.
