Abstract:	The Jicontol Communal Irrigation System-Rehabilitation Project, is located in the remote area in the province of Eastern Samar Philippines. Due to its deteriorating condition, the Na-tional Irrigation Administration (NIA), in collaboration with the project proponent, the Jicontol Irrigator's Service Association, agreed to improve/rehabilitate the existing irrigation system ill order to increase agricultural production, as well as to uplift the level of living of the farmers in the command area.....
