Issue Date: 1990
Abstract: In the field of Water Resources Management, it is important to assess the various changes those are likely to occur in canals, river basins, and reservoirs etc. These assessments rayuira a knowledge or Plow characteristics such as stay~a, diacharye, bad slope etc. Because of the unsteady state of flow which is encoun-tered in most of the canals/streams, the bad slope or friction slope changes. Also in practice the flow in a channel is three dimensio-nal and irregular instead of the usual one/two dimensional. In this par an attempt has been made to simulate the three-diman- sional flow velocity and applied to Lakhnauta Minor.....
