dc.description.abstractThis dissertation on "Study of Omodimeter end Talnrometer and related problems in application', restricts itself to study of the two mentioned instruments in detail. Earlier studies that were Made of electronic instruments were of a general nature and pulsing reference were made to these instruments. In this dissertation, a general discussion of the physical principals and mathematical relations involved has been given coneerning both the instruments, in the first *hinter. A detailed study of construction, working pro. *metre as well as et model.- Computation has been given for each instrument. One empty has been devoted for the study of the errors caused both due to the instrument and from other soured's, for each of the instrument. A comperison is made of both. the instruments in all their aspens in the follot4ng chapter. The econoto motets of both the instruments as well as ass brief note on the! sone of the irportent pro Sects undertelten with help of these instruments are given.
