dc.description.abstract | Water being a scarce quantity, more attention is now diverted towards water management. One of the major component of water management is the determination of crop water requirement. For determination of crop water requirement potential evapotranspiration is still calculated using climatological data and then crop coefficients are to be worked out. For calculation of potential evapotranspiration lot of climatological data is required and the calculations are quite cumbersome if done mannually for repeatitive work.
