Abstract: Huge investments are required for the construction of water resources projects. In order to get early benefits out of these invesbnents, it is imperative that these projects be completed as planned. Accurate scheduling of the construction projects, there-fore, assumes paramount importance and necessity. An attempt has been made to study the construction sche-dule of Kali Surabaya project.
