As the construction costs involved in major water resources projects are quite substantial reason._3l le construction cost estimat s are necessary. :Uthough the approximate estimates done through do p art! nts and the detailed estimates put forth by contracting company may differ from respective :aspects, the final goal is same (i.e. construction of a given project within: the stipulated time period cons-trained by the allocated budget) .
