Abstract: Network Technique (CPM/PERT) is a modern technique, developed through construction project, that separates plans from schedules. It shows 'ctuite clearly the complexities and relationships of activities making up a project. The basis of Network Technique is repres, ntation of a project by a particular form of dia ^am construction which allow for detailed analysis, and permit updating or evaluation of changes, due to modifica-tion of activities of the project. This leads to improv mcnt in communication, provide for good contract but with maximum flexibility and encourages objective programming. However the use of this Network Technique not widely used in Indonesia. Hence this dissertation is to attempt to introduce in Wadaslintan a Multipurpose; Project with the data available. The importance of scheduling in construction and the network technique as well as the various advantages of it are discussed in Chapter-i. The construction control through net- work that is the optimum scheduling of project network critical resources scheduling and updating monitoring are discussed in Chapter-2. The main feature of Wadaslintang Multipurpose Pro-ject are explained in Chapter-3. While Chapter-4,5 and 6 cover the discussion of break dolts structure, computation of time and network for the project and its analysis respectively. The result and conclusion are discussed in the last chapter-7. The network analysis for the determining critical path and scheduling times for various activities has been carried out by hand computation ..
