dc.description.abstract | Life on our earth depends on-- delicate balance of V events. Each living being for its existance depends on other living being, on the chemical composition of air, soil and water and on energy from the sun. If for any reason the balance is disturbed, life could become extinct. This natural balance disturbed either by the introduc-tion of new ingredients or by increase in the percentage of the existing one. This disturbance in natural balance is called pollution. Thee poll cation in water' air and noise, poses serious threat to the quality of our life and possibly to its extinction. Air pollution problems are concerned either with global effects on the climate or focal effects due to toxicity Of air pollutants. There are several ways in which man's activities may affect global climatic patterns in the future. The increasing carbondioxide concentration in the atmosphere is produced by the combustion of fossil fuels, decreasrnc atrr•ospheric transparency by the infection of particulate ratter (dusts su phatesI liquid droplets) into the atmosphere from industry, vehicles space heating etc. Change the climate on ea.rtholariculature and land clearing............... | en_US |
