dc.description.abstractIn this dissertation a literature review and subsequent experiments on the job Booking System, Work Sampling, Delay Time Study and Incentive Scheme have been reported. It depicts that job Booking System is the source of getting various informations for the management. Effective utilisation of machines and man power, proper utilisation of tools control on rejection and rework etc. are easily possible by this system. Selection of fair incentive scneme as very much essential for improving productivity and morale of employees. Shop wise Incentive Scheme avoids the technological differences of different -J.VYa ui. ine waticn ractory. Delay eu y and Won Sampling are the main tools of getting correct and quick bLbedback of the prcidution work.en_US
