Abstract: Systems analysis are the powerful optimization tech-niques based on the mathematical programming algorithms which includes Linear Programming, Dynamic Programming as well as Nonlinear Programming.. These models are based.on definite mathematical theories and within the boundaries of a given system they -ensured near optimal solutions, since they re-quire certain approximations in their objective formulation. On the otherhand simulation techniques scans the system in depth and reproduces the system behaviour to arrive at the definite decisions. They are the powerful tools particularly in case of large system decision making since actual response the system is well aware before the decision mak ~se The present study includes +J techniques for the optimal yW all the demands as far as possib.
