Abstract: | Experimental, investigations of various forces and moments generated due to interaction between dry concrete pavement and (i) free rolling, load bearing tyre (ii) braked, load bearing tyre have been carried out on a - flat type tyre testing machine', for a new Dunlop 3.5O.8, 2 ply tyre. Electrical resistance straing gage type transducers were used for the measurement of force. and moment components. A drum type tester has also been developed. to study the transient response of scooter tyre. |
