However a mathematical model of bearing and Journal clearance is not so simple since, the clearance changes randomly In rough bearing. The present analysis is based upon the stochastic model of rough bearing .[3 ] and the Galerktn's method as used by Sinhasan [ 6 1 for the solution of Reynolds equation.
