Abstract: In the present problem, 'Deigning for Batch Production and Preparing Schecble for the Machine Stop Components of M/s ESCORTS LID', the main emphasis is given to have such a system which should be more practicable rather than the theoretical one and which should be very simple so that switch over from the present state of affairs should not cause any trouble or complex situation. Keeping this in mind the system is developed by making number of simplified assumptions and a broad, overall, simple but effective solution is always aimed. The solution deals with the plant utilization studies, cost analysis, Batch size determination, and suggesting a suitable technique for the scheduling, dispatching and expediting activities.
