Abstract: The purpose of this study is to better understand the benefits and challenges of quality circles among businesses and workers in the steel and aluminium industries. The study also aims to comprehend the benefits of the quality circle and how it influences the productivity, quality, and workplace culture standards in the steel and aluminium industries. The research was advanced by the creation of applicable questionnaires and the collection of data from members of the quality circle in a big steel and aluminium sector. The observed data are thoroughly examined using the Cause-Effect diagram and Pareto diagram. Understanding the advantages for employees and organisations, both concrete and intangible, is the aim of this study. This study will take into account production problems, financial setbacks, and problems for both employees and organisations. It tries to engage in good circles while also assisting people and groups in understanding their challenges. According to the research's findings and hypotheses, a quality circle will help an employee and their organisation thrive in multiple ways. Additionally, it will help them grow as professionals and improve the overall organisational culture.
