The current study compared the variance in sinuosity of the east coast of the deltaic area, which includes the Godavari, Mahanadi, and Sunderban deltas, to the Ganga foreland basin. The numerous river channel patterns, such as straight, sinuous, meandering, and braided, have been seen in the delta's east coast channel segments. The radius of curvature of the meander channel is compared to its standard deviation in this study. The delta's branches are the subject of much of the research. The branches of the delta display some abnormal behaviour, which is caused by faulting, bed deformation, or anthropogenic activities, according to conventional deviation. All the data is obtained from the software that is Google Earth pro and Arc gis 10.8.en_US
