Heart failure is a serious condition that requires careful management to prevent recurrence and improve patient outcomes. One of the biggest challenges for heart failure patients is monitoring symptoms and managing their condition in between visits with healthcare providers. To address this challenge, the Dhadkan Application was developed as a telemonitoring tool that allows healthcare providers to remotely monitor heart failure patients by tracking and analysing patient data, such as heart rate, blood pressure, and weight. The App has to be optimized by migrating it from the React Native framework to the Flutter framework to enhance its overall performance, stability, and scalability, making it more user-friendly for both patients and healthcare providers. The front-end of the App was entirely shifted from React Native to Flutter. The project also identified potential areas for improvement in the App's features and user requirements, leading to the development of two additional features: an AI-based chatbot and an AI-based voice assistant. These features are designed to provide users with a more intuitive and natural interface to interact with the App, enabling them to input questions using natural language and receive relevant responses in real-time or use speech recognition technology to receive hands-free assistance. By leveraging the latest technological advancements, the Dhadkan App aims to better support heart failure patients and healthcare providers in managing and monitoring heart health.en_US
