dc.description.abstractPhotoionization has been a field with lots of developments , start- ing from the relativistic assumptions to complex many electron sys- tems. . for studying and evaluating Photoionization cross section the atomic programme AUTOSTRUCTURE has been used, to find the energy levels data aud cross sections.these data are evaluated for various neutral and charged atoms (Li like isoelectronic species) with different atomic numbers , which helps in understanding the relation between Photoionization cross section and atomic numbers. the variation of Photoionization cross section with different incident photon energies has also been studied for the same.en_US
