Abstract: The Optoelectronic properties of fabricated Vander Waal heterostructure WSe2/A-STO(Annealed SrTiO3) have been investigated. The heterostructure has been fabricated utilising the Thermal Vapour deposition, Sputtering techniques, and various characterisations have been carried out, such as XRD, FESEM, XPS, UPS, UV-VIS, Transient photo response and various other measurements such as IV, RT, and MR, was carried out in order to comprehend the Optical, structural, and electrical transport properties WSe2/A-STO heterostructure. TMDs (Transition Metal Dichalcogenides) have enormous potential in energy harvesting. We propose a novel defect-induced A-STO heterostructure with 2D TMDs and examine its attributes against light and temperature stimuli.
