dc.description.abstractA solid-state reaction method was used to produce a powder Of powder underwent calcination for a duration of 8 hours at a temperature of 7800C. Following this, the powder was subjected to gel mixing, pellet-making, and sintering. Finally, various instrumental techniques were used to characterize the resulting material. Various instrumental techniques were used to study the structure and material properties of the sample. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), BET, and photoluminescence spectroscopy were used for material analysis. V-1 characteristics were used to study cell properties. XRD was used for plane analysis, FE- SEM for surface morphology and crystallite size determination, BET analysis for determining the surface area and pore size, and FTIR for identifying the chemical bonding present in the molecule. Photoluminescence spectroscopy is used for studying the Optical properties Of materials.en_US
