dc.description.abstractConservation of heritage in today’s day and age is of utmost necessity, due to events including natural catastrophes, armed conflict, and urban development. Numerous cultural heritage artifacts and sites are in danger because of the stated reasons. Digital conservation makes it possible to create accurate, thorough digital records of these artifacts and locations that can be utilized for preservation, study, and instruction. Digital conservation also enables the preservation of historical artifacts and locations that might otherwise be in danger of deterioration or destruction. The development of virtual reality and augmented reality experiences, which can improve the tourist experience and raise interaction with heritage, is also made possible by digital conservation. These items and locations can be maintained for future generations even if the original is lost by establishing digital records of them. At both the national and international levels, there have been several contributions over the years to preserve cultural heritage digitally. Firstly, solutions for digital conservation are geared toward the tourism industry and tourists, leaving a gap that needs to be filled for other sectors that are either direct or indirect stakeholders in conservation. Secondly, these products, which are based on concrete examples of legacy, ignore the ecosystem's intangible components. The necessity to preserve the latter arises from the fact that a site's aura is held together by both tangible and invisible elements. The approach to address these two issues is to provide a platform for conservationists that allows them to manage sites and record information about them, as well as it serves as a digital archive for both tangible and intangible components. This study is expected to produce a digital solution that uses extended reality to enhance the repository's visualization capabilities. The solution is intended to be used by conservation experts as a work tool to manage present and future conservation sites. The solution is intended to be a trifold one where it proves to be a visual repository, a training module, and a project management tool in the form of an app and a website as counterparts.en_US
