Dynamics of heavy-ion-induced fusion evaporation reactions 32S + 98,100Mo and 16O + 148,150,152,154Sm have been studied. The fusion cross-section data of these reactions have been explained by coupled channel analysis using CCFULL code in two ways; considering the nuclear Woods-Saxon potential to be static and considering it to be energy dependent. The main focus has been put on how vibrations and shape deformations of the nuclei enhance the fusion cross-section and how the transfer of nucleons plays a significant role in sub-barrier fusion dynamics. Further, barrier distributions of the reactions 16O + 148,150,152,154Sm have been extracted using point-difference formula.en_US
