Abstract: Neutral atom qubits are a promising candidate for the physical realization of Quantum Computing [1]. One of the most important requirement for it is the high fidelity entangling gates. Numerous schemes are proposed for these gates but the experimental verification is not available for all. We presents the study of implementation of the controlled-not quantum gate between two individual neutral atoms using three different protocols H-Cz C-NOT [2], AS C-NOT [2], and H-Cz C-NOT with a phase shift in the 2nd pulse of Cz [3], and their simulation using an open source python package: Pulser [4]. We extracted the gate fidelity for each of them for two different set of errors and presents their comparison. For these protocols, the obtained CNOT fidelities for error set 1 given in the table 3.1 are F = 0.99999, 0.99925, and 0.98175 respectively, based on truth table probabilities. We further extend it to produce bell states using these protocols and verified them.
