In this work we will study about “ “ fuzzy number’s ranking ” . We have studied many methos for ranking of fuzzy numbers one of these method is distance method. Distance method is about calculation of centroid point, where distance is the distance between centroid (𝑥̅0, 𝑦̅0) and origin, and the ” index 𝑥̅0 is equivalent to Murakami et al.'s 𝑥̅0 . And the 𝑦̅0 index can be obtained from doing integration of inverse functions of fuzzy number of LR-type. This method ranks two or more fuzzy numbers, and these fuzzy numbers ” may or may not be normal. We study another method which is about area of fuzzy numbers which situated in left and right side of fuzzy numbers. Then we study ranking method of Liou and Wang. “ “ This ranking method presents fuzzy number’s left, right and total integral values. In the end we will discuss numerical examples to understand these methods.en_US
