Abstract: PA shows the nonlinear behaviour at the output while we use it for higher input power levels. To make the PA efficient and to remove its non-linearity, we use the DPD technique. In this project, , which can be physically implemented for the DPD model to linearize our PA. The DPD is an inverse model of the PA, which gives the inverse characteristics at the output concerning the PA. This synthesized model has been developed in the Verilog language and simulated in the Vivado design suite. For verification purposes, this same model has been developed in MATLAB as well. The coefficients obtained from modelling and modelling modelling). We observe the gain vs. input power and phase vs. input power characteristics for different input data sets.
