In this Thesis Report, we Determined & Optimised the different types of deficit regions for the allocation of sufficient food grains so that the equitable distribution of the essential food items will be incorporated to the desired warehouses in a particular region having demand uncertainty under stochastic demand with a certain circumstance of variability, for which the authority in that particular region will modify the certain schemes or steps for the proper maintaining the supply demand in balance put the level at which they can. The supply during the season variability viz, hazardous situation come across that particular area so that the food grains will not goes into the out of the stock because of that the adequate demand may not be fulfilled in that region during certain period & the Cost associated with this type of transportation as well as the storage in the different types of state facilities of procuring that will aim to minimize the all uncertainty due to which the method of the procuring may gets alter at lowest adequate cost and right on time for a defined particular region having dynamic set of uncertainty. Optimization is to be done in such a way that the agencies for such type of procurement of certain food grains will adequately matched with the demand associated during that time period of dynamic set of parameters such as transport, facilities over handled etc. This study deals with a multiperiod production planning problem with a known Stochastic demand during Lead time Period in a particular region.en_US
