dc.description.abstractBefore this there has been a very less simulated model for ECDM, near aboutonly 2-3 research paper has been published ,with smooth tool some are sharp edge tool electrode but in this research work what is different is that we have used a rough tool by which we are removal in material through micro channeling and calculating and comparing experimental MRR with the simulated model MRR we have made in COMSOL Multiphysics 5.5v how close we are getting our desired results. what mesh size and how much energy penetration is in real required to get desired results in it.en_US
