Extreme learning Machines is a new learning algorithm for single-hidden-layer feed-forward neural network (SLFNs) which arbitrary selects hidden-node parameters then mathematically find out the output weights of SLFNs. Extreme learning machine (ELM) provides generalization performance better from most of the other learning algorithms, and it has the ability to learn faster than some other learning algorithms for feedforward neural network. The main purpose of this project to present why and how neural networks can be used for system modeling, and for system modeling Extreme Learning Machines algorithm is used which has better generalization performance and it is extremely fast.en_US
