The measurement of heart rate acceleration and deceleration is the subject of this article. As a result, heart rhythm is variable. As a result, the heart rate span is asymmetric. The geometry of the Poincare plot of RR intervals is used to determine the asymmetry of heart rate variability. As a result, descriptors like SDNN (Standard Deviation For RR Interval) and RMSDD are used in statistical analysis. The Poincare plot shows a strong and statistically relevant asymmetry, with the upper component, which corresponds to decelerations, being greater thandthedlowerdpart, whichdcorrespondsdtodaccelerations.en_US
