| Abstract: | In this present work, stress, displacement, free vibration and buckling analysis of functionally graded piezoelectric plate with mechanical, electrical and thermal loading have been studied. The deviation of properties in the direction of thickness is observed with sigmoidal law. The plate equations have been solved using finite element formulations. The governing equation have been developed using First order shear deformation theory and Hamilton’s principle. Isoperimetric rectangular element has been considered for the FE Formulation. The accuracy of results have been checked by comparing them with the literature. Each node has 7 degrees of freedom. Variation of frequencies, stress and critical buckling factor at different boundary conditions SSSS, SFSF, CFFF, SSSS and CSCS with a/h ratio have been analyzed. |
